Introduction.

Post by Jonathan on 5/6/2008, 3:56 pm

Hello everyone!

I am Jonathan, 27 years old and I live in the United States. I can't say I am an expert on these things when it comes to vampirism. I am interested in esoteric knowledge for some time, but I wouldn't classify myself as a true practitioner yet. More of a curious person and student.

On my searches on vampirism around the web I came up to this site, which I found appealing, although seems like still kicking out and giving its first steps as a community. Not only the forum seems pretty well organized, as it does not have that heavy "darky-spooky" look that we find in many other places that sends our role-playing and BS detectors flashing right away.

There are many things that I still don't understand around here, but I will manage to read all I can and get integrated. I hope that I can count with your support and help.

Jonathan

Welcome to the forum, Jonathan.

I liked your questions, and I hope you enjoy the answers you get.
I know what you mean when you talk about the BS detectors. Role-playing (in which someone chooses a role to play), although good for imagination development, is not always the best choice to develop it. I'll open a topic to discuss the "problem" of gaming and role-playing.

Best regards, Karnath.

Welcome to the community, Jonathan . I am sure you will learn a lot in here, being a great place, with mature beings, to discuss the subject of vampirism in a way that most other forums do not offer.
Make yourself feel comfortable to, as Elendor said, question and share any doubts you may have.
